I'm replacing the manifold gasket a second time. The first time was at 52,000 miles and the job was done by Jeffrey Buick. Now again at 120,000 miles I'm told it's the maniford gasket again. I took my car to Jeffrey Buick because the temperature gauge was almost in the red. After they had my car all day, they called me to pick up my car saying they could not find a problem. Now I'm being told it's the maniforld gasket again. I think Jeffrey Buick knew what the problem was all along. The manifold gaskets and Dexcool appear to be an on-going problem. I understand in Canada there is a class action suit in the works.

My mechanic looked at the vehicle and discovered that the intake manifold and valves were leaking coolant into the oil pan. An auto parts store owner across the street from the auto repair garage stated that he sells 10 intake manifolds per week due to the same problem. In my opinion this is definitely a quality control fiasco of Buick's that the general public will become aware of in the near future.
